Directors who attended included Candida Royalle, Anna Span, Shine Louise Houston, Petra Joy, Jennifer Lyon Bell, Ovidie, Anna Brownfield, Renee Pornero, Courtney Trouble and Ms. Naughty. Candida presented a Filmmaker in Focus session that gave an insight into her 25 years of porn filmmaking, Anna Brownfield&#8217;s film &#8220;The Band&#8221; opened the festival, The Petra Joy award for first time female filmmakers was handed out and a &#8220;Chicks With Guts&#8221; panel discussed women in porn and the future of female-directed adult film.<\/p>\n<p>This mini-documentary really focused on the topic of women directing porn, with a section about the Petra Joy Award, along with giving a general feeling of how the festival went.<\/p>\n<p>This documentary was directed and edited by <a href=\"http:\/\/femaleporndirectors.com\/fpd\/ms-naughty-profile\/\">Ms. Naughty<\/a> who runs <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brightdesire.com\/\">Bright Desire<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 2009 Berlin Porn Film Festival was notable because it really focused on the work of female directors of porn.
